Contact scars, scratches, pen scratches

The phenomenon that the coating is damaged by external action and loses its integrity. The scars left by the contact of rubber hoses and hands before the coating is dry are called contact scars; the operation of the dry paint film caused by scratches during the storage, transportation and assembly process of the coated object is called scratches; mark with a pen The marks left on the painted surface are called pen scratches.



Reason:


(1) The wet paint is affected by the outside world, and the complete state is changed.

(2) Mechanical scratching of dry paint film.

(3) The marking pen does not meet the requirements.



Prevention:


(1) It is strictly forbidden to contact with foreign objects before the coating is dry.


(2) Strengthen the protection of the coated object during storage, transportation and assembly, and it is strictly forbidden to bump it. All the contact parts of the hanger (or station appliance) and the painted surface should be softened and protected, and the paint surface should be protected by a protective cover during the assembly process.


(3) Marks made with a pen (such as chalk) on the coated object before the paint must be removed during pre-cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to use ordinary pen or chalk for marking on the coating.
